We want you to love your new electric fireplace. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help make it right with a hassle-free process.

30-Day Return Policy & Free Return Shipping

Any product purchased through Dreamflame can be returned within 30 days of receipt. To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.

Free Return Shipping: For all eligible returns within the 30-day window, Dreamflame will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label.
No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking or handling fees for your returned items.

How to initiate: To ensure a smooth process and receive your free pre-paid shipping label, simply email your order number to service@dreamflamefireplace.com. Our team will assist you promptly.

Once your return is processed, please ship the item(s) back to our designated US Return Center using the pre-paid label provided:

*Please DO NOT return packages to our corporate headquarters in Hong Kong. All returns must be processed through the US facility above.

Damages and Issues

During transit, packages may encounter damage. Please inspect your order upon receipt. If items are defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We only accept returns for items purchased directly through our website. If you purchased through an authorized dealer, please contact them directly. Additionally, we do not accept returns for gift cards.

Regional Restrictions: The above return and refund policies do not apply to the following three regions: Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund. If more than 7 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at service@dreamflamefireplace.com.
