Free Shipping & Coverage

Dreamflame offers free shipping on online orders shipped within the Continental United States. Most Dreamflame products ship for free.

Exclusions: We DO NOT ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.

Shipping Origins & Fulfillment

To ensure fast and reliable delivery to our North American customers, all Dreamflame orders are processed and dispatched directly from our US Fulfillment Center located at:

*This logistics facility operates on behalf of our corporate headquarters, VELAYHOME INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, to manage inventory and handle all outbound shipping and returns.

Processing & Delivery Time

Processing: Orders typically take up to 48 hours (1-2 business days) to process before they ship.

Delivery: Once processed, orders are generally delivered within 2-7 business days depending on your location. Please note that express delivery may be affected by weather conditions, holidays, and the distribution capacity of the logistics company.

Tracking Information

All orders come with a trackable shipping number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your package's progress.

If your order contains multiple products, they may be divided into separate shipments, and you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

Important: Check Your Address

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. If you have made an error, please email us immediately to change the address in time.

Note: If your new electric fireplace has already been shipped and needs to be redirected to a different address, there will be an additional recall fee applied by the carrier.
